Is it allowed to smoke in the room or on the balcony? Are there designated smoking areas?Response:
We strictly comply with the requirements of the Federal Law "On Protecting Citizens' Health from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke, the Effects of tobacco consumption or Consumption of Nicotine-containing products" dated 02/23/2013 No. 15-FZ, therefore smoking is prohibited in rooms, balconies, and public areas. For your convenience, the smoking area is located on the 1st floor next to the main entrance.

Is breakfast included in the accommodation?Response:
Buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. It takes place from 7:00 to 10:00 in the restaurant on the ground floor of the Hotel.
For your convenience, the website offers special rates ("Evening", "Weekend rate", "Newlywed", "Northern" and "Family" for accommodation with discounts and complimentary services.

Is it possible to arrange early check-in and late check-out? What is their cost?Response:
Check–in time at the hotel is 13.00 (local time).
Check-out time is 12:00 (local time).
Early check-in (from 06:00 to 13:00) is possible subject to availability of rooms. The cost will be 50% of the cost of accommodation per day. A buffet breakfast will be included on the day of arrival. Payment is made at the reception (by card/cash).
To check in at any time convenient for you, we recommend booking a room a day earlier than the arrival date. The cost will be 100% of the room rate per day (by invoice/card/cash).
In case of late check-out after 12.00 (check-out time), the accommodation fee will be charged in the following order:
- no more than 6 hours after check–out time - hourly payment;
- from 6 to 11 o'clock after check–out time - payment for half a day;
- from 11 a.m. after check–out time, the fee is for a full day.
Payment can be made at the reception (by card/cash).
For your convenience, we have a luggage room where you can leave your belongings for free if you arrive earlier than 13:00 or have already checked in.

An adult guest can be accommodated on a Euro cot with orthopedic mattress upon your request. At the request of the parents, we can provide a cot or a euro cot for the child. The restaurant has high chairs for children. We will be happy to help our guests find the type of accommodation that will be most convenient. For children under 3 years old, we are ready to offer a free cot complete with a mattress, pillow, blanket, and a set of linens.
