The cost of renting a large conference room:
- the first three hours – 2,900 rubles/hour
- the fourth and every subsequent hour – 2,600 rubles/hour
- For rentals of 10 or more hours per day — 22,000 rubles/day
- The cost of a flipchart is 100 rubles/sheet
- The cost of a laptop is 1,500 rubles /hour, from 3 hours 5000 rubles /day
- Use of accessories (5 A4 sheets + pen) = 220 rubles
- Ballpoint pen = 130 rubles
- Package 40*50 LDPE = 50 rubles
- Notepad + pen = 270 rubles
The rental price of the hall includes the use of the following equipment: projector, screen, microphones.
Simultaneous equipment (translation) – on request, the service is paid.
